I managed to photograph some man-made fireworks in addition to the northern lights, on New Years Eve.
As I live in the middle of nowhere there was not much fireworks to be seen, but this neighbor sent up some nice fireworks. Notice the houses in the lower part of the pictures to get a sense of scale of the fireworks.
