This is a typical fishing boat in Norway called “sjark”. The fishing done with these are much more friendly to the ocean than the fishing done by the big trawler boats.

This looks a lot like the lake-fishing boats where my parents grew up. Next time I’m up there I’ll upload some photos to my Flickr account.
