Taken with Olympus E500 digital camera on June 27th 2007. Click image for larger view.
Went for a walk a up in the mountains and this is the view I got when I turned around. It was very steep so had a hard time standing and photographing.
The fjord is called “VÃ¥gsfjorden”. The mountain is called “Drangen” and is 1022 meters above the fjord.

You take some great shots
Nice photo. There seems to be a lot of snow on it for being such a short mountain; is it still cold there this time of year? The reason I ask is because the snow is melted off our mountains where I live, and most of them are 2000 to 2500 meters in elevation.
BobG: It’s not really cold, but takes time to melt all the snow. In the shadow areas of the mountains the snow lays all year long.
Love your photo blog. I have taken the liberty of adding your blog to my June roundup (http://www.shantanughosh.com/2007/06/june-jaunt-thru-blogworld.html)
Big moody sky gets my vote!
