The rivers have started to freeze here in Northern Norway and in this pictures you can see drops from the small water fall have frozen on branches and straws.
I used 15 seconds exposure in this photo to get the look of the water fall. Long exposure photography have been a hit for me lately, but the weather have been very gray and boring so there haven’t been many opportunities to take photos. That is why there have been so few updates on this blog.

Love the perspective through the grasses – the ice is the perfect addition!
What a gorgeous ice/river photo!!! You’re a little ahead of Michigan with the cold weather. We have just begun with the snow and ice.
JJ 😀
This is incredible.. it is rather surreal. I truly love these beautiful photos. 😉

Great capture of the waterfall ! The water looked very clear and beautiful and the ice formation adds to the perspective of the change in season.

Um, Brr. Ice in the fore with the long exp. water makes for a great frosted and cold feeling (all those cool blues and whites).
We just had our first snowfall here yesterday, so I suppose this is also a look at my near future …
Love the shot.
What a nice shot!!! congratulations for the picture!!!
good luck!
Nice image Thomas, the ice makes a great contrast against the water, nice work. 🙂
