The forest colors are changing fast in the autumn. One of the most beautiful sights are that of aspen trees (Populus tremula) with their staggering yellow and red colors.
In this close up photo of some aspen leaves, you can see the leaves in the process of changing color from yellow to red.

I also love the colors of autumn, gold, yellow, orange, red and brownish. I think early autumn is one of the nicest moments of the years.

What a great macro pictures showing the golden beauty of fall. I just love the sign of the significant four seasons in Norway, so I had a trip out in the Nature around Oslo last weekend as you can see in my last post. No sign then, but the last two nights we’ve had temperature below freezing, so fall is soon to come.
